Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds are handled for services ordered from GPT6 Agency. Because every service is scoped individually on WhatsApp before work begins, refund terms are also confirmed with you at that time.
Before work begins
If you cancel a request before we begin work, any payment already made will be refunded in full.
During or after delivery
If a delivered result does not match the scope agreed with you on WhatsApp, we will revise it to match that agreed scope. If we're unable to deliver work matching the agreed scope, a partial or full refund will be discussed based on the work already completed.
What isn't covered
Refunds don't cover a change of mind after correctly delivered work, or dissatisfaction with outcomes that depend on factors outside our control (for example, search ranking results from an SEO service, or lead responses from a lead generation list).
